This Facility is just awful !!!! They NEVER alter your loved ones undergarments or Bathe them !!! I am a medical professional, and I realize nosotros are all brusk staffed. But, if you are not willing to have care of people, then Exercise Non take the job! Recently, an Aid, was transferring my 105 pound Mom, from her bed, to a chair & dropped her on her head ! Results... over a week in the hospital! How would they feel, if when they came to my office for Dental work, and I BOTCHED THEM ???! Buyers BEWARE!!!!!

I love the layout of the building and the abode like atmosphere. Each person has a private room, bathroom with shower. They are situated in small "neighborhoods" of around 10 patients each with shared dining room and living room. During Covid 19 restrictions, they went out of their way to provide meaningful activities, family unit parades, and outdoor concert, Bingo and other activities using government guidelines, Zoom calls with family unit. Their therapy team is the best around. Aides and nurses apparently intendance very much nigh their people. Beautiful chapel for private prayer and worship services.

Afterward a fall at dwelling my female parent was sent here for rehab. I called ahead for information on COVID restrictions and medications. I was told NOT to bring her medications , because they had their merely pharmacy. My female parent was very broken-hearted and nervous going in. She started calling me at vi:30 PM to have her domicile. She said she was non getting her meds. I told her to remain calm and the staff would provide her medications. I called in , but the office phone asunder with every extension I tried. My mother was withal calling me to help her . I told her to apply the Emergency button. She informed me information technology did not work. I stayed on the line and waited for staff to enter her room. Finally a person entered and I asked why she had not received her medication? I was told no medication was ordered. I informed her that my female parent needed to have her medication. She said "Non my trouble I will be off in 30 minutes at 11pm". Needless to say I got my mom out of there. Don't take your loved ones to this place!!??

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing a nursing home. We had to take my 98 year sometime mother here. She was treated with respect and so very tender and with so much intendance. Not just did they look after her but they were likewise kind to the family unit. When information technology got close to the end they even provided a comfort cart for our pleasure with nutrient and drink. They were always close for a kind word or a hug if needed.

My husband was at that place for rehab later on a most fatal PE after spinal surgery. He was transfered there for rehab. From solar day 1 it was a horrible feel. The therepy staff were neat only that was where it concluded. The absolutly worst five twenty-four hour period feel ever.
